You will see the per case packing information on the product detail view. All price listed on this website http://www.masterpneumatictools.com is per unit/piece price. For order a case/a carton, you will need to change your quantity value to the per packing value as listed on the product detail view. We verify each order through telephone call in order to confirm your order. This is not a tele-marketing call, but a call to verify your address and order.
You may select different shipping method for in-stock order. If it is out-of-stock order, the shipping fee is waived directly and we will ship it to your destination without any import tax. Please be advised that, in-stock order requires min. 3 business days for processing, and out-of-stock order will require 14 days, including weekend, and then ship out on the 15th day after payment received and confirmed.

All in stock order payment will be processed directly within the United States in USD. There will not be any additional transaction fee incured for each credit card transaction unless your credit card issuer is charging you additional fee for any domestic charges. All in-stock order will be fulfilled by the U.S. company. All order requires min. 3 business days to process your order in despite of any types of shipping method.
OUT OF STOCK ORDER PAYMENT
Please be advised that all orders fulfilled directly from Taiwan headquarter will be processed in Taiwan unless you are paying by American Express. If you are paying credit cards, your credit card company will charge you cross border international processing fee ranging from 0% - 5%, please contact your credit card issuer prior to submit the order. Each out of stock order will require min. 14 business to make your tool and ship out your tool on the 15th day after the order payment confirmed and received. Please also read our payment policy regarding to currency conversion for out of stock order payment. If it is out of stock order, all order amount will be converting from USD to Taiwan dollar once it is confirmed. The currency exchange is base on the date we processed your credit card and the rate is base on VISA currency conversion rate
