Payment Policy

 

All orders are required to submit a signed order form and payment form. You may download our order form and payment directly from http://www.masterpneumatictools.com/downloads/ordernow.pdf .

You may select different shipping method for in-stock order. If it is out-of-stock order, the shipping fee is waived directly and we will ship it to your destination without any import tax. Please be advised that, in-stock order requires min. 3 business days for processing, and out-of-stock order will require 14 days, including weekend, and then ship out on the 15th day after payment received and confirmed.

 

 

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. You can also pay through paypal.com payment or google checkout. All credit payment require signature. Please download this order form and fax it to us at 1.501.255.0331 ext 0 or our toll free line 1.888.843.8041 ext 0. If you are located overseas, please use click the following button to make free fax. Our system will call you first and connect you to our telephony system and then you press start to fax button on your fax machine.

 

We accept personal and business check payment. Please be advised that, the ordered merchandise will not be shipped out until it is cleared in our bank. Usually, it takes 3 - 30 business at least to clear the check. Any bounced check will be charged for USD$15 per check. If your check bounced and we are unable to receive the penalty fee, we will transfer your account for collection agency to collect the debt for us.

 

Currently, we do not accept wire transfer payment due to account security reason.
